H: 500 caps W: marine armored helmet plan at Market76

Hey someone referred me to market76. I’ve been searching for the marine armored helmet plan for a while now and so far I got nothing. I have the westsuit helmet but not the armored marine helmet. I bought one off grahm but now I want to create one at level 50. Can someone please help me? Thank you! I am new to this game
